Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

  1. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.  

2. Services

  1. We provide consulting services and sell hardware products. The specific terms for each service or product may be outlined in separate agreements or on the relevant product pages.

3. Payment Terms

    1. Invoices are payable within 21 working days unless otherwise specified.
    2. Late payments may incur a 10% interest charge on the outstanding amount.
    3. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
    4. Unpaid invoices after 60 days may be referred to a debt collection agency, with all associated costs borne by the client.

4. Withholding Tax

    1. Any withholding tax imposed by your local jurisdiction is your responsibility.
    2. Invoiced amounts are due in full, exclusive of any such taxes.

5. Service Performance

    1. We strive to provide timely and high-quality services.
    2. Our obligations are considered obligations of means, not of result.
    3. We are not liable for any claims made against you by third parties.

6. Claims and Disputes

    1. Any claims must be notified to us in writing within 8 days of service delivery or product receipt.
    2. These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by United States law.

7. Waiver of Client Terms

    1. Your standard terms and conditions do not apply, even if presented after these Terms and Conditions.
    2. Any deviations from these terms must be agreed upon in writing in advance.
